GraceBook exists because someone with real authority vouched for every mentor on it. If that authority is yours, you can hold it here directly — reviewing your own directors rather than asking us to.
You approve your own
A director who names your diocese comes to you, not to us. Your approval is final — GraceBook does not review it again.
Delegates share the work
Add the officials who actually do the reviewing. Only you can add or remove them.
You see only your own
Your console shows the directors who named your body and nobody else on the platform.
How a body gets listed
- You ask, using the form below. It needs an account, because whoever asks becomes the first administrator.
- A person checks it. Not a form, not an automatic approval — we confirm the body is real and that you hold the role you say you do. We may telephone your published number. This takes a few days.
- Once listed, your body appears in the list a director chooses from when applying, and their application comes to you.
The check is deliberate. If anyone could register a diocese, being vouched for by one would mean nothing — and that is the only thing standing behind every mentor on the site.
